March 19, 2007 Update
Mar 19, 2008
It's hard to believe my surgery was almost a year ago. Since I started, I've become a whole new person. Well, actually half the person I was. People can't believe the changes in me.
I'm still exercising a lot. I can't wait to get my bike back out on the trails this spring. I started taking karate classes with my son and we have a blast. I did it in college and it's a huge help in getting back balance and flexibility.
My weight loss was in a stall for a month or so. Actually went back up as I was eating more to balance out my energy levels. I'm feeling better eating more and have lost a few at the same time. Cutting back on carbs appears to be the trick for me.
Well, until next time...

I posted this link to some pictures a couple weeks ago. I had my sone take some body shots after my workout. I have some loose skin, but not as much as I expected for losing over 200 pounds. I guess I'm a bit vain but I think I look pretty good compared to what I did a couple years ago.
