"His support meetings and informational talks are outstanding. He stresses that we be treated with dignity and respect. His staff is at the meetings and are very encouraging and helpful. He has a very specific program you must complete before you can get your date, and he is very cautious. This can be frustrating; however, I think that I will have excellent results because of the care given pre-op. If you don't comply with his pre-op eating plan, he will cancel your surgery. With all the precautions prior to surgery, I am looking forward to a quick and successful recovery. "
