I have had many ups and downs and a stricture removed on wednesday Oct 15 and it has been 2 days since then and I'm feeling much better. So at 3.5 weeks I am down 20 inches and 28lbs. I'm happy and can't wait to loose more. I'm waiting for the day I can walk into any store.  One day at a time!!!

I went shopping on friday with a girlfriend and bought a couple pairs of pants that were size XL.  I thought maybe in a couple of weeks  and today I tired them just to see how much more........they fit holy sh.t  I couldn't believe it.
However I had a really bad day I could only get a 750ml of water in and 1 got 1 cup of milk in which means 9g of milk.  I have to beleive it was just a bad day and I will have those. I will try hard......Believe

I am now 6 days out of surgery and still in pain.  I have spent the last couple of days in pain, I flat-lined during surgery and they brought me back.  I had a lot of problems during and after.  But I wasn't ready for the pain. I am happy to say that I only take tylenol now and I know it will get better.  I am having problems getting my protein in but the fluids aren't any better.  In time it will get better.  I have a lot of support from my parents and my ex.  My friends are terrific.  I have to say that Tabatha who had the surgery before me is my angle during this she listens and helps me all the time.  Have this web-site is another blessing that came into my life and between it all I am blessed and this is the begining of a new life.  I have lost 12 pounds since august and 7 of those pounds have been since surgery.  So I'm just starting on the lossers bench.  See you there!!!!
