I can't believe my surgery is in just over a week! OMG!

LD is going fine.. I cheated Saturday night and had a piece of pizza because a friend came over and we watched movies and he was starving of course. So I had one with him.. for old times sake.. and I made him take the leftovers in the box home with him so I didn't even tempt myself...  I wasn't even bothered by him eating it, I didn't feel tempted, I just enjoyed a piece because I had been so diligent in my LD and knew I wouldn't be eating any for awhile..

Back to LD straight away yesterday.. I went to walmart with my grama and she was like omg, look how baggy your jeans are around your butt.. I hadn't realized it, but it was less loss in my rear and more in my lower tummy!!  At my pre-op class on Thursday I was down nearly 5 lbs.. I got cheers from the coordinator who weighed me and she said if I kept this up till my surgery she's sure I'll have a great surgery and do great post-op.. so that was a big pat on the back I needed. I think I'll wait till Thursday and weigh again upstairs @ the WLS office on Thursday.. that will be a week since the last time to see where I am at.  Then if I need to I can buckle down hard over the weekend.. 

My biggest struggle the past week has been getting extra liquids in.. I've just not been drinking water like I usually do. I almost always get in 8 glasses w/o effort.. this past week I struggled!
