I feel great.  I'm now weighing in at   179 and wear a size 12 /11 , and  medium /large shirts. No more blood pressure meds. With only 1 complication a very bad ulcer back in July  "I went through ALOT " I have no regrets. I look at food different now totally different.  I go to the Dr. on Monday. I just LOVE getting on his scale!!!!!!

Omg I'm 6 months out and I am at my goal size "size 12"!!!!

So I'm 2 months out .I'm off the  3 high blood pressure meds. My highest size was 24  -3X shirt  but I started this journey in a size 22/20. I am now in a size 16 and large shirts. I feel great !!!! My treadmill is finally put together so I am on that alot doing my thang!!!!  I'm LOVING this transformation.

I"m almost  2weeks out and im doing  great I have no more pain. But Im not getting all my protein in but I feel fine. They took my drain out on Fri. Thank God!!!! I go pick my treadmill up next week.

I  made it through i had my surgery last night  I'm not in pain just a lil sore.I am so happy its over and done with.Now its just  time to heal.

I met with Dr. Raftopoulos today and I am so happy that all my consuls are almost done.I got 3 more visits with the nutritionist. He said he wants me to lose about 105 lbs with the surgery. And i should be getting it around December.He wants me to lose 10-15 lbs. before surgery. I can do that!!!! I am so ready  to start this journey Now  its count down until I get my  exact date yayyyyy !!!!!!!!

My first appt. with the Dr. Raftopoulos is on 10/20/10. I'm actually almost done with all the other consuls. I cant wait to find out my date.
