William Overcash

"I went for my office visit on Oct. 21. I called on a Friday and they had my visit on the following Monday,I was impressed with that. The office staff was very friendly and helpful..One thing I noticed was they all looked me in the eye when I was talking to them. They very much addressed the risks, but at this point, I feel it is more risky to stay as I am. I haven't had my operation yet, today is Dec. 18, my w l s is scheduled for 1 4 06 If there is anything negitive to say, I wish they would have had the nutrition class sooner. He requires us to take this class before the operation. The class is on Tuesday and the wls is on Wednesday..Doesn't leave alot of time to get any supplies I need, befor the operation. I don't think I will feel much like shopping on Friday when I get out of the hospital. I have had my wls. I have to say I am very pleased with the outcome. this is my one week out of surgery, and I am feeling almost as good as new.I have very little pain, no problems with throwing up or dumping...I guess my main complaint is what a boring diet...ha ha soup, yogart and pudding then reverse I think Dr. Overcash is a great Dr. .and I would be happy to recommend him to any one considering wls. The date today is March 19. I have gone from 255 on Jan 4th 2006 to 205 today. I am walking alittle over 1 mile a day, my back and hips no longer hurt."
