Bummer Rain - I hate when it rains because I can't go for my walks or bike rides

8.3 miles - Had to leave the hubby home today as he wasn't feeling well.  I ventured out on my own and ended up biking 8.3 miles!  A new record!

7.5 miles - Having a great time getting into the bike riding!  I was able to pick up my pace today and do a bit better excercise wise instead of just leisure pacing it.  I'm still barely sweat...

3 month surgiversary - So yesterday was exactly 3 months from my RNY.  I am currently SO frustrated with myself.  I have only lost 44 pounds.  It's a wonderful acheivement since the most I have ever lost...
