This is the beginning of what has been a 30 year process. I have made the very consience decision to pursue WLS. I have attended the informational seminar, and now have an initial appt. with a surgeon on Friday. I have tried it all, as I know so many of you have. I want to live the lifestyle I love, tennis, swimming, hiking. You guys are my inspiration and I look forward to the support from those who "get it!"As an ER social worker, I see what the complications of obesity can do. I don't want to be one of my own patients.
