Still FATTT!!!

OK, so. I see where i posted last year in March and tried to get help. And never followed through with it.
Big UPDATE!!!

I saw Dr. Nowazarden to talk about a revision. And boy oh boy. I got my ass handed to me!! By him and his nurse.
It was a big wake up call. Starting weight, as of 1/2011 was 359.
WOW..41 more pounds to 400.
I never want to see that number again and have vowed not too. I have a lot of emotions running through my head right now.
Sad, angry, hating myself.....SLACKER.
Well, I'm on the road to losing weight.
They did X-Rays, blood. EKG
Dr. Now did a gastroplasty and found I have bacteria in my pouch. So me put me on 3 meds. They make me sick but I'm sticking to it. Saw him yesterday again, lost a whopping 3 pounds. 356 but not trying like I should be.
Asked him if Medicare will cover a revision. He tells me my pouch has stretched out and staples are not right. Makes me wonder if they were right in the first place. He said the food is going into the wrong place. How can this be? I'm still confused about the whole thing. Seems Medicare will pay if something is wrong. So, next week I go the the dietitian. And see how it goes from there.
 
I really like Dr. Now. Saw him on TV while watching TLC channel. He is very quite and seems gentle. I hope he can help me.
