"I am using Dr. George Miller at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville TN. I went to the seminar that was required on 9-18-01 at Centennial Medical Center and was very impressed with both the facility and the staff presenting this information. I was annoyed at having to attend the seminar at first but I learned alot and felt very at home in the room. It was made for overweight people! The chairs had no arms and were spaced far apart and everyone looked like me! It was great! I felt the seminar presented ALL the facts about this surgery and gave both the good and the bad. Dr. Olsen attended and answered all the questions that were asked and even stayed after to answer another question of mine. This office requires that any surgical candidates attend support group meetings after surgery which just makes sense to me. The staff at the office was fabulous about helping me get my info and my predeterm was approved in less than a week. They didn't complain about the many calls made and always returned my calls promptly. I was especially impressed with Denise at Centennial. She is awesome! So far this has been a positive experience. "
