looking for a surgeon

I live in Dawson Creek, BC Canada. I'm looking for a surgeon near where I live. I am a total novice in doing this.
If there is anyone who can help me in my journey to get my life back, I would much appreciate it. I am 42 years old, I am a single mother. I have been living with arthritis since I was nine. I am at the point now with my 300lb weight that I cannot do anything pain free. The worst is not being able to do anything with my 7 year old girl! By the end od my work day I can just manage to get up the stairs. I no longer want to live like this, I really need some help!
