My name is Shiona. I am a mother of three. I am 33 years ols and my oldest son is 16 and my youngest son is 3 and I have a beautiful 13 year old daughter. I had my first two when I was young and weight wasn't a problem. I had my last one when I was 30 and weight continued to climb. I have always had a problem with food though, it just never stuck like these last few years. I was working in a hot factory throughout my 20's so maybe thats why? The joke at work was "bring her a dozen donuts and she's all yours" Not really of course but thats how much I ate sweets to my content!!! Since starting the commitment I have learned to eat better and thats has helped alot but I am a person who needs to start over and retrain myself so this is my opportunity to do so. So I will keep posting
