hello, my name is elizabeth friends call me beth. i joined the site for extra support as i am about to undergo g-bypass surgery on 3/24/2009, im 48yr old single mom raising 2 teenage daughters. working full time on one job and part time with another job. sometimes there isnt enough time in a day for me. but im gonna work it out so there is going to be more time for me. I feel as if this is my time now and im going to make the most of it. by staying focused on me and my dietary need, my need for exercise, and that is my priority.
