It's more than a movie :)  I haven't weighed less than 300 lbs since high school  I remember how traumatic it was for me to pass over that number and tried for several years to get it under control.  I weighed as much as 370 at one time!  When I visited dr. spivak I weighed 347, and the day of my surgery I weighed 331.  I weighed myself today and down to 307 . . . same weight I was when I graduated high school!

I'm estatic about weighing less than 300 for the first time in almost 20 year... how cool is that?
