fighting weight off..literally

Jul 07, 2011

through muay thai training..or kick boxing martial arts from Thailand..  I see far too many stories and complaints of surgery failures on these forums.. to the point I hardly log in and read the forums anymore, except when I look at the exercises and fitness section..I don't see anyone in that section whining and complaining about no progress there..coincidence??  i think not..  I feel the physical workouts are 80% of the fight for weight loss and diet 20%  but some people still think post op that the surgery will work magic by itself.. then complain all day long because they only lost 3 pounds in four months...if you  find what you like to do  something you enjoy  then it wont be work , but fun that keeps you coming back for those workout sessions!

so far 64 pounds lost since Feb 15th 2011

recently found out that one of the top muay thai instructors in the world is my neighbor..about 7 houses up my block...people travel from around the country to train with this man and I'm right next door!  its a small world indeed, just inspired to train harder now and loose a few more pounds before getting the courage to knock on his door
