I am now at a stand still and it is good for me. I am now 157lbs wearing a size 8 in NY and company and I am happy were I am ,with cothes on with out is a nothing subject within it self. but it is cool. My family is at the point not wanting me to lose anymore weight because they say I am starting to look sick WOW I never heard that before ,but now its getting on my nerves. I am happy, just want to get that working out thing back in my everday life. I think that would help with the whole under the clothes thing . till next time stay forcus

I have 10 days before I make my 1 year mark and I have lost 107lbs in the hole and I am so happy and pleased with my progress and scared of returning back to the old me.

A POEM ABOUT OUR GIRLFRIENDS.........
Someone will always be prettier.
Some will always be smarter.
Some of their houses will be bigger.
Some will drive a better car.
Their children will do better in school.
And their husband will fix more things around the house.
So let it go,
and love you and your circumstances.
Think about it!
The prettiest woman in the world can have hell in her heart.
And the most highly favored
woman on your job may be unable to have children.
And the richest woman you know,
she's got the car, the house, the clothes....
might be lonely.
And the word says, "If I have not Love, I am nothing."
So, again, love you.
Love who you are.
Look in the mirror in the morning and smile and say,
"I am too blessed to be stressed and too anointed, to be disappointed!"

I am happy 169lbs I have not been this small since I met my husband 8years ago. It is wonderful I feel great. When I learn how to post new pics on this site I will post them.
Today I am at a new point. I asked my self Tischia at what point are you going to be happy with yourself , I think it is now I am 179lbs and I have not been here in so many years and it feel so good. Note: Be grateful for where you are coming from or you will return back there.
