"Dr. Kemmerling and all the staff are a delight to work with. I thought I would be traumatized by going into a clinic to actually admit that I was \"obese\", but Dr. Kemmerling and Mary both treated me like I was just as important as anyone else. Mary continued to support me through the insurance battle and applauded me when I actually got the insurance company to change their minds with a letter. Their professionalism has truly been wonderful and has made this whole experience alot less painful that I thought it would be. I am scheduled for surgery next week. "
