"Having a dedicated Bariatric wing would make the experience complete. ICU was great, the nurses were wonderful. The 4th floor nurses are overworked and not properly trained to deal with the aftermath of this surgery. They also need experience using the bariatric bed. "

I had my consult on June 2nd and my opinion of Dr. Mark is that he is great! He is caring and compassionate. He's funny and friendly. I feel so comfortable with him and I know that he will take good care of me. He is adamant about follow up care and keeping a positive relationship with his patients. He attends every support group meeting and is open to any and all questions. I feel blessed to have found him.

I met Dr. Mark when I attended my first support group meeting on Feb3rd 2003. He is so wonderful! He's kind and caring and he really seems to genuinely like his patients. When I mentioned that I had heard nothing but great things about him, he said that we would be spending the rest of our lives together, why not treat each other right? What a great attitude. His staff is friendly and helpful and his patients at the meeting LOVE him. He is very concerned with aftercare and staying in touch with the office. I haven't had my first office visit yet, so I don't have a "negative" right now. The wait is awful, but that's not the Dr's fault. I feel very confident that I have made the right choice. "
