"Dr Hannon seemed nice and answered all my questions. Told me all about the surgery and had me watch a video. Made sure I knew this wasnt a quick fix and is not easy.
Aftercare was really emphasized and this was just a consult! WALK WATER WALK WATER! They have a support group there and you have to join it BEFORE surgery. The ladies at the office seemed friendly. Especially the lady who deals with the insurance, Mrs Ransier. (SP?)
We did have a problem with them not having my referral. And it taking forever to get it from my PCP after they called them. Even though that was my PCP's fault for not sending it and not theirs I felt like they should have been staying on my PCP and not have me keep calling and sitting there for nearly 2 hours after my appointment though!
Overall it was a good appointment and consultaion, although, I havent made up my mind yet about surgery."
