So happy...I feel so good. Down 70 lbs since September and have 65 more to go to be at a comfortable weight for me. I don't need to be a supermodel, I just want to feel good in my own skin. This has been such an incredible experience, and I am so grateful that I was able to have the surgery and have done so well....thank you all for your support also. It gets me through days when I am feeling down!!!

I am feeling so good now. Its amazing what a difference a few weeks makes. Its exciting to see the changes already in my body and my face. I have started exercising and I am just grateful to have the opportunity to go on this journey! I am going to make the most of every day!!

Can't believe surgery is done....can't wait to go back to work and really start my journey....

Well, ten days and counting...surgery is December 4th.  I am very excited and a little nervouse. Today was my first day on my liquid diet. I am kinda cranky, have a headache, but I know I can do this...stocked up on my sugar free jello and popsicles, propel, and low sodium chicken broth....yum....
