"My first impression of Dr Cobean was that he is very down to earth. My visit with him was only 20 minutes long, but in that time he made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist Diane is a sweetheart, she was very polite and helpful. If I had anything negative to say about my first visit to the office it would have been the long wait once I got into the consult room. I had to wait almost an hour before the Dr came in to talk to me, but I understand how busy he is. We didn't really talk much about what to do after the surgery, I have been researching this surgery for over a year now and I pretty much know all there is to know about what to do after surgery and further down the road. Dr Cobean explained the risk of this surgery very well and I felt confident that if anything does go wrong he will do everything he can to fix the problem(s). I feel that I am in very good hands with Dr Cobean and his associates. I know I am going to be nervous along the way, but I also know that Dr Cobean and his team will be there to reassure me."
