Fighting The Stall

After months of stall frustration, I have hired a trainer to help me with my work outs.  I have 62 lbs. till I hit goal and right now I feel like a blob of jiggly, marshmallowy fluff.  I've increased my activity, increased my protien, but still seeing no results.

After a 30 minute work out with a trainer last night I was amazed at how weak I am!  OMG!  I have felt so good and energetic for months, but after doing 20 V squats last night, 20 lunges, and two other leg exercises, WOW!  It made me realize that I definitely need to work on building and toning.  I was trying to use old exercise routines from a previous trainer more than five years ago.  I learned last night why they were so easy, they are for extremely overweight beginners and I realized I've graduated to another level of exercise!!!  Yipee!

I walked out of the gym smiling, feeling good and accomplished.  I'm glad I decided to do this.  The training regimen that the trainer creating is for a bariatric patient.  I was so concerned that I would not find a trainer that would understand my needs with WLS and know how to work with me and for me.  I'm so excited, I'm smiling on the inside and I'm ready for the challenge!
