He alsomade sure that we did not feel rushed, that we had time to cover all aspects and questions that we had. Also, Sara from his office staff is just wonderful! Anytime I had questions, or was just nervous about what was going on with my paperwork during my wait-she was there. She handled everything for me. Whether it was there for paper work or to just listen. Everyone there was just wonderful! "
