As of today 7-30-07 I am 3 months post-op and doing great. I started this journey at 258 and I am now at 207. I would do this all over again in a heart beat. I feel SOOO much better. Everything that I do comes so much easier to me- it does not matter if it is just tieing my shoes or walking down the street. My soul feels alive again and things look so much dif. to me now...
