"I really liked Dr. Procter from the moment I met him. He explained the proceedure and answered all my questions. I usually have a hard time with doctors, they don't always listen to me. He seemed to care. We also found out we share a common interest in reading. We like the same authors.
The staff seemed nice. The only problem I have had with them so far is that they seem very busy and sometimes don't return phone calls when they say they will. But they do get around to returning calls eventualy and it's worth the wait."
