"The nurses were wonderful. They never "forgot you." The aides for the most part were great althought there were a few times when they forgot that you were a human attached to the list of vitals that they were required to complete. Everyone else was polite and went out of their way to to make things go smoothly."
"When I went in for my consulatation I was immediately impressed with Dr P's staff. When I gave them my name they "knew" who I was and made me feel right at home and comfortable. Next a quick conversation with Linda (who is hard to not like right away !) made me feel like I was at the right place. When Dr. P came out to give his presentation I knew I was there and didn't want to look any further for another surgeon. He was up-front, honest and I knew that he would do whatever he had to do to take the very best care of me. He did mention that just because I had been there for a consult did not mean that I HAD to pick him as my surgeon. He didn't try to "sell" himself or his practice to me... Dr P will tell you what you need to know in order to make an educated decision.
