Hello family I know I've been MIA for a while. I do pop up from time to time and read posts but as you know life does go on. So what's been happening with me Ive lost a total of 140 pounds. I put myself through School "PCI HEALTH TRAINING CENTER"and I'm finished with school now I'm working in a field that I went to school for and I just got a promotion to be a compliance specialist. Now I'm on to my biggest dream that was started before I had the VSG. I'm scheduled for surgery in February 23rd 2013 to have my tubes reversed I am so ready. I've Regret getting my tubes tied 4 months after I had my son which is now 8yrs old. I was 22 yrs old now that I'm in a relationship with my sole mate and bestfriend we decided to have a child together since 2008 but I had to loss my weight and now ready to have my tubal reversal surgery and start ttcing. So with that said you ladies have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years God. Bless.

 Hi everyone I know I haven't been on here in a long time but " life" happens.Let me tell ya I have lost 125 lbs and i am so happy I feel great. I wear a size 9 and look great in my clothes. I hope everybody is having a Happy Holidays. As for me it's going great the kids had a nice Christmas and thats all that matters.

  SORRY I HAVE BEEN AWAY FOR A LONG TIME BUT I'VE BEEN WORKING SLEEVE AND MY COMPUTER HAS BEEN DOWN.ANYWAYS FAM, I AM ALMOST 4 MONTHS POST OP ON THE 19TH  AND I AM ALMOST TO GOAL .I CURRENTLY WEIGHT 175LBS FROM MY HIGHEST WEIGHT OF 257LBS.THIS SURGERY HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE FOR THE BETTER AND I'M SO HAPPY I TOOK MY BUT TO MEXICO ALONE AND ALL TO HAVE THIS LIFE CHANGING SURGERY.I MEAN I CAN WEAR A 11 NOW IN MY CLOTHING AND I CAN'T WAIT TO WEAR SOMETHING SEXY  FOR MY BIRTHDAY ON 06/16/2010 .THATS ALL I HAVE TO SAY GOD BLESS.

I am so excited that i made the best decision to go ahead and have wls and make my life so worth living for beside my adorable kiddos.On this journey i have made some  wonderful friends here on Obesityhelp.I really just wanted to post something on my 1 month post and let everyone know i am down 36 lbs and doing wonderful.


Oh yeah if anyone have any recipes they can share i would love,love,love it getting bored with my food choice. 

 Well everthing is going well and i am almost three weeks ''yAY Me''.I have not one regret as to me having surgery and doing whats right for me and my four Angels.I am doing good now with my fluids and as for protein i just started on my proteins drinks this week.Well i started exercising today i am only working on my arms and my big thunder thighs .Any who i just wanted to give you all an update on my progress and how i am doing .Everyone have a nice weekend ahead and God Bless.

28 pounds gone forever BABE YEAH

I'm sorry i haven't posted. I have been doing my thing w/ working my tool.So everything is going good and i can see the diffrience already.At my highest weight i was 257lbs pre-op,the day of surgery 243 lbs and today i weight 228lbs( Yay Me) and i feel remarkable.The only thing that is bothering me is the incision under my breast when i took out the stitches that one opened up. If it gets bad i will go to the doctors office.Thanks for reading Tesha

well i am so excited that it's almost here for me.I haven't got my as of yet but it will be here soon .I'm so excited yesterday i went to buy my whey vanilla protein powder i bought 2 of the 2lb containers,i bought my vitamins and a blender, measurong cups all sizes,chicken broth,pill organizer benefiber,sippy cup and a shaker bottle.I also have bought some comfy clothes and socks,pantieslip moisturizer,gas x and a cute little bag to put it all in that say americas next top model.YAY Thats what i am going to be when i get my goal weight.I was just giving a up date on were i'm at  oh yeah i will be calling my pt coordinator to schedule my surgery date i will post that later today.i just want to say may god be with you and please keep me in your prayer.

Yesterday, I started my pre op diet early to get a head start on my weight loss and i have loss 5 lbs and that was in one day.
Well  i am still waiting on my other W2 Form and then it's on and poppin from there then tax office here i come and that same day i will be setting everything up for surgery and even my surgery date.Well thats all i have to say for now wish me well and keep a sista  lifted up in prayers and I'll keep you in my prayer.

I CALLED THE FINANCING  COMPANY AND ME AND MY CO-SIGNER WAS DENIED. SO,NOW  I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I GET MY TAXES AT THE FIRST OF THE YEAR.NOT ONLY WITH THAT BEING SAID  I HAVE CHANGE DOCTORS. I WOULD HAVE TO FLY TO MEXICO AND HAVE SURGERY .HAVE ANYONE HAD SURGERY IN MEXICO? AND WAS IT A GOOD TRIP.I ALSO AM CHANGING MY SURGERY TO THE GASTRIC SLEEVE INSTEAD OF THE LAP BAND BECAUSE I KNOW THAT I WOULDN'T BE ABLE AFFORD THE FILLS AND I DON'T WANT TO WORRY ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS LIKE SLIPPAGE AND EROCIONS.

I went in to Dr. barker's office today and had my consultation and it went very well. i also have a co-signer when i do my app. for finanicing which i have already started.I am hoping to have my surgery next month are in december wish me luck i am so excited about my decision to do and follow up on wls procedure.So i can say soon i will be on the losers bench.Oh Fam have a good day and good luck on all surgeries.
