Happy New Year! I have a feeling it's going to be a great year! It has got to be better than the last one! I managed to get through the holidays gaining only 3 pounds but have already shed those back off. I ate everything I wanted and then some! Now it's time to get back to business. I only have to lose 12 more pounds to be at my goal weight. Everyone tells me  I don't need to lose any more but according to the BMI scale I'm still in the overweight category by a pound or two. Truthfully, even if I never lose another pound I feel great. My new clothes feel very comfortable and I look better in them. I'm happy about how I've done since surgery last August. 60 pounds gone! Really it's 70 pounds gone because I had lost 10 just before surgery, so from my highest weight of 207 I'm down 70 pounds. I think I made the right decision by having the RNY gastric bypass. I would do it all over again if I had to.
