Amos family I live after all. I'm not sure where to begin the past month has been a learning experience for me. I am down 30 Lbs. I can move around just fine I hate food though, I feel tired sometimes but I'm making it. Well here's the clincher.....Be advised........I hate soup, juice, yogurt, pudding and all the other post op foods. Other than that I believe i will live. I just wanted to pop in and say hey. I will up-date my profile in a few days. Congratulations to everyone whom have had WLS and to those with approaching dates. To those who want this more than anything never, never, never give up. It's has been a challenge but I'm so happy I did this. Well later for now.

Bev, Congratulations on your surgery. May your recovery be rapid and uneventful. I have so missed emailing back & forth to you. But you will soon be up and at it all. going a mile a minute. Hi Everyone, Just spoke with Beverly and she came through the surgery fine. She is being released today so lets fill up her page with congradulations.
