Surgery Scheduled

My surgery is scheduled for July, 21, 2014 and I am ready! I have spent way too much of my life sitting on the sidelines (literally & figuratively) and am prepared to make this change! I have put my children, my husband, my mom ahead of myself for so long and now I need to start taking care of myself!  Less than a month to go!!
