I was not always obese....I grew up pretty active, I swam competitively for 5 years. I ran track, and cross country. I rode my bike EVERYWHERE! Then one day I woke up with a thyroid disorder and gained a lot of weight. Not so much that I was overweight, just enough for a skinny girl to notice she wasn't skinny anymore. So I dealt. Then I met the man of my dreams, had 3 kids boom boom boom. Then I found myself over 300 pounds and no way to explain it except that I had gotten lazy and ate too much. Some people believe that realizing the problem is the first step to solving it...LIARS! I have found that knowing is not half the battle, its half the defeat.
Some people also say that money, and weight loss can't buy me happiness...let me prove them wrong!
