Oct. 19th: Man, has the weight loss slowed down for me! Just lost another pound. Loss is at -107# now with 32# more to goal!!

Oct. 24: Loss another pound. Just 31# more now. :)

Sept. 3: Down 101#!!! :)

Sept. 11th: OMG...my pic is up and how fat "I was" is sooo clear now!!!
LOL This pic was taken March 2004 and since then I have lost 50# more.
Time for an updated pic!!!! Weight is still at -101#.

Sept. 13th: I have now lost 103# and have 36# more to go! :)

Sept. 18th: Met with several AMOS WLS people today at a local
restaurant. It was great to meet such awesome folks who have "walked in
my shoes" so to speak!! Really cool meeting one of the people whose
profile I had followed pre-op and post-op in their journey of WL.
Thanks for a great lunch everyone!!! :)

Sept. 25th: I've been out of town since Wed.(9/22)on a business trip
and have not weighed in several days. As of this a.m. I am down 3#
more, making my loss at -106# now! WOW! I have 33# more till I reach
goal. What a nice way to start a weekend! :)

August 2nd: I have now lost 94#!!

August 4th: Down 95# today.

August 15th: Down 96#...weight loss is slowing down a good bit! :(

August 17th: Down 2# more...only 2 more ding dong pounds till I am a centurian!!!!!!!!!

August 18th: Down 99# as of today.

August 28th:...Drum roll please....100# gone as of today!!! I am now officially a centurian!!! :)

July 3: The scales finally moved again...I have now lost 85#!

July 4th: Fat fairy visited me again last night! LOL Weight is now down 87# Happy 4th of July everyone!

July 14th: My 6 month anniversary for WLS. As of today, I have lost 88#!!!

July 20th: I have now lost 90#!!! Go Me Go Me!!

July 21st: Another pound gone!!! WOO HOO!! :)

June 2: My weight is now down 76#!

June 6: Weight is down 79#!

June 9: The co-worker I talked about backing out of going to the
seminar with me last October...she had surgery last month! She is now 3
1/2 weeks post op, doing awesome, and is down 29#. I am so proud of
her! I am still at -79# and loving every minute of being smaller! Last
night, a mom at the ball field told me that I look great...she said
"Your face has just changed so much just since ball season has begun!
(late March)" She also told me how beautiful my tan looks. I was
getting the "BIG head"! LOL I will always remember just where I have
come from, so to speak. Just how difficult it was to tie my shoes, walk
a distance without getting out of breath, how tired I was all the time-
having no energy. The quality of life I have now compared to just 5
months ago...it amazes me everytime I think about it!

June 16: I have now lost 80#!

June 17: Down another pound...-81#!!!

June 20: -83# today!! WOO HOO!

June 23: My life just keeps changing more & more. Yesterday, I had
braces put on my teeth to improve my smile and my bite. A co-worker
told me "You're just having an overhaul done to your body huh?" I guess
so? 2 things about myself I have never liked...1) My obesity 2) My
teeth/smile. One day I will post a pic on my profile...one day! LOL

May 4: I have now lost 67#!

May 14: Weight is down 69#.

May 18: Weight is down 70# now yeahhhh!!!!

May 19: Down another 2# this a.m.

May 26: My weight is now down 74#.

May 27: Another # this a.m.!!!!!

April 10: No more weight loss for me. I am at a stand still. Feeling good and enjoying weighing less. :)

April 15: Weight is still the same...when will the scale move again? The neverending saga continues.

April 23: My weight is now down 62#!

April 24: Weight down 2# more...now 64#!!:)

April 25: Down another pound today. Recent labwork including Vitamin
B-12 levels, Hgb/Hct, etc. all came back perfect! My cholesterol has
went from 205 to 159.

April 29: Another pound gone! :)

March 1: My weight is now down 41# at 6 weeks 5 days Post Op. :)

March 5: Down a few pounds more...now 44# at 7 weeks and 2 days post op.

March 11: Now down 45# at 8 weeks and one day post op.

March 17: Happy St. Patty's Day everyone! My weight is the same today.
Just wanted to mention that last week (3/9) I had a minor surgical
procedure done...endometrial ablasion. My weight went up 6# after the
procedure (3/10). I mention this because so many times people post
comments about gaining weight with hospitalizations, procedures, etc.
This is to be expected with I.V. therapy!! Did I do anything to cause
it??? No, I have been eating healthy and doing what I am suppose to.
Keep in mind, our bodies have been through a great deal over the years.
WLS is not magic, but rather a tool.

March 18: Wt. now down 47#.

March 22: Have lost 51# as of today! WOO HOO! :)

March 24: 10 weeks post op today...weight is down 55#!!!Doing the happy dance here!

March 25: Weight down again, 58#. The Fat Fairy has been good to me this week! :)

Weight is down 26# and I am 3 weeks 6 days post op.

Feb.14th: My weight is down 34# and I am 4 weeks 3 days post op. Women, remember that PMS edema adds up on the scales!

Feb. 22nd: My weight is down 38# now. I had my cholesterol checked
yesterday at it is down 14 points!! WOO HOO! Another small victory...I
wore a pair of Levi jeans I haven't been able to wear in @ 3 1/2 years!
Yeahhh!!! Go Me!!

"Skeered!" is the 1st thought that
comes to my mind this evening as I prepare for the big day tomorrow!
How do you get ready for pain? The past surgeries I have had either
relieved pain or caused no "real" pain afterwards...I just don't know
how bad it will be?? Everyone's preception of pain is different, how do
you prepare? Oh well, enough of that! My aunt emailed me...after
feeling as if a MAC truck ran over her then backed it back over her,
she is feeling much better today after her surgery 6 days ago. As I get
ready for the MAC truck...I just wanted to say "THANKS" to all the
great people who have emailed me. Ya'll are wonderful! With many hugs
& kisses...the next time you will hear from me I will have entered
the LOSING ZONE.

Jan. 22nd: 8 days post op/1st post op appt. My weight is down 17# which
I really can't believe..."in 8 days?" is what I am asking myself?? WOW.
I will take it for sure!

Jan. 25th: 11 days post op. Weight is down 23#!
