Jim Valentine

"I first saw Dr. Valentine and his PA in his information seminar in December 2005. They were warm, open, caring, and amusing. They were honest and forth coming with the Q/A. They warned of the hardships of this choice, but also told of the joys.rnrnAnnie and Dr. Valentine have loved my family and I through a ton of ups and downs this past seven months. They care how I am doing physically and emotionally. They have treated my family for their illnesses and made sure that my family were well also! Their nurse, Ricki, also goes that extra mile and does her best to never cause pain--while remaining firm and assertive. rnrnTheir pre-op and post-op care is mandatory--if you refuse to take the classes, support groups, psychiatric care, Karren (their nutritionist's) advice and help yourself; Dr. V will not do your surgery. He wants us to succeed. He cares that he makes a difference in our lives. He and Annie will not allow us to sabotage ourselves where they can help.rnrnHis bedside manner and competence are superior to all the other physicians that we checked in Idaho/Oregon. His team makes this daunting experience-- a joy.rnrnThe only negative thing I've found about Dr. V's office is that I don't particularily care for the billing. The statements are contradictory and confusing. "
