Need Breakfast ideas - Anyone suggest some breakfast ideas other than eggs and yogurt so I can get protien?? How are protien bars? I am 10 weeks out since surgery. Thanks.

7 weeks post op - Tomorrow will be 7 weeks post op and I am feeling amazing. I have lost 40 lbs.
