Today is 12 days post op VSG. I am feeling good. No regrets here. I am struggling with getting in enough protein and enough water. I've struggled with staying on track so far. I've had too much alone/down time this week. I'm addicted to weighing myself daily. Even though I have had some struggles, I am loving my sleeve. I've noticed some changes in my normal everyday wear and I am seeing the changes in my body already. I started this journey at 286. Day of surgery was September 30, 2013 weighing in at 267.4. Today I weighed in at 257.2. I've been stagnant at 258.6 for the last few days and was glad to see a change in numbers on the scale. I return to work on Monday. I'm looking forward to getting back into my routine at work and seeing what my sleeve has planned for me.
