Well I just wanted to check i with everyone. Im feeling good. Just  keeping busy and trying to be active every chance i get. I've been following  you all and I am happy for your success. Keep up the good work!

I have lost 31 lbs since surgery. But I have not lost any weight in two weeks. But I will get over this hump with Gods help. .

I am so happy!I lost 8 lbs. So I have officially lost 10% of my weigth before surgery. That was one of mypre-surgery  goals. It feels good because it shows that eating right and MOVING! works. I even feel better,and I can see little changes in my body. I have proved to myself that I am willing to have the most successful outcome that I can possibly have post surgery. Surgery date is 7/23/09!

Well i got a new surgery date. Its july 23,09. I guess thats cool cause now I dont have to figure out what i would have to do for that weekend.Because i was gonna have it on the Monday the 20th and would have to come out on Friday. So they called and confirmed and it feels like its real now. Having a set date is all that ive wanted. I guess it is in Gods plan for me to do this. I was warned not to gain any weight, I dont think that I will have any problems with that cause i have already lost weight since the consults on June 2nd. Please keep me in your prayers.

I have been reading blogs for a couple months trying to look for people with stories similar to mine. And what I have learned is that we" ALL" have the same story. Some of our stories begin or end differently but we all have the same plot. And the plot is that  we are not happy with our weight and we want to change it.  I am happy to know that there are people here at OH  that are caring, unselfish, open ,honest,helping, and loving people. I look forward to sharing my journey with all of you.Thanks .

I got my call. They set the surgery  for July 20. They have to call back in a couple of days to confirm and give me the particulars.  I am glad that I have enough time to lose more weight. Im not happy that I have another month of protein drinks. But I have to do what it takes and I guess it takes protein.My surgeon is Dr. Zorn. He has really good stats. So I feel that I will be in good hands. Please pray for me.
