"The techs/or nurses assistants on the floor were for the most part extremely helpful and very nice. The RNs on the floor however, left a lot to be desired. Being an RN myself, I know that the standard of care they delivered for the most part was well below average and some of the things they did were even a little scary. I am sure they are understaffed, just like every other hospital in America. But even on my busy stressful nights, I never took it out on my patients. Luckily, I was pretty much able to take care of myself. And there were a few nurses that did a very good job, and I made sure I let them know how much I appreciated that."
"Dr. Sherer was very professional in his office and very informative about the surgical procedure. He stresses both the positive things about surgery as well as the things that can go wrong. His office staff were all very friendly and accomodating. So far, I would give him an A+!!"
