1 week out

Its been one heck of a week! I have lost a bit of weight so far ~ I know that its water, but I still can enjoy it! When I came home I was a MESS!!! I was freaking out! Absolutely horrible. I know part of it is just the emotions running wild due to all the changes that are happening in my body and part of it is my anxiety that I have dealt with all my life.
I go see my PCP today and we will see what she has to say about all that has happened in the last week.

I get to go back to work next monday ~ I am pretty excited about that, I will not be as bored anymore and my mind will not have a chance to wonder so much and focus on the negative.

I have been pretty tired but I dont get a lot of sleep because I can't fall asleep at night.
