its been so long since i have updated
im 11 months out it soon will be a year on may 22 im down to 113 pounds a total of 115 pounds gone my iron is staying low
im passing out sometimes but i still wont to lose weight im so afraid im going to get fat again so i keep telling my self lose all u can even if i get to 100 pounds i no that sounds crazy but that what i tell myself

99 pounds gone

i am 8 months out and down 99 pounds my weight is 129 pounds my weight loss has slowed down some but im still lossing so that good im way past my goal people are telling me to stop lossing weight they can all kiss my but lol that all for now

im 7 months out down to 134 pounds my goal was 135 i have lost 94 pounds
