3 months out update

hello all .... today is my 3 month surgaversary.... and i am feeling great
! thank god i have not had any complications so far...... the only thing that i have had was that if i eat to fast i throw up.... and if i eat the wrong thingsi get really sick like i want to faint ,,,,, but than it passes within an hours time! but other than that i have really been blessed 
thru my journey... and i would do it all over again in a heart beat! as of today i am down to 203 pounds a loss of 47 pounds since surgery and a total of 64 pounds in all since i started the program back in march of this year!
