I just had the best work out ever with my children.  We played Just Dance on the Wii for at least 2 hours straight.  It is so fun, but definitely a workout.  If you don't have it I suggest that you run out to your local game store and get it. Make sure that you turn on a ceiling fan or something, because you will sweat lol.

OK so I see that everyone is drinking protein shakes, so I went and bought some protein powder before surgery and I drink it every now and then, but my doctor has yet to tell me that I should or that I even need protein shakes. My question is should I drink them and what is the benefit of these shakes?  I know it may sound crazy but I'm doing it because everyone else is lol, but I'm sure that it's important because everyone is talking about them.  My friend can'twaituntil has suggested one to me that I am planning to buy, but I just wanted some feed back from my OH family.

I am terrible and I feel absolutely horrible I cheated!!!!

I wish each and everyone of you and your families a Merry Christmas! I hope that I can be strong tomorrow and fight temptation.

I am so hungry! I am on a 4 week liquid diet and I think I am going crazy. I am very limited on choices and I am not being satisfied.  I feel awful because I feel this way. I want to cheat so bad just to feel full at least one time.  Is this normal? I hope that I will be successful with my band. I have to keep telling myself that it will get better once I get a fill towards the end of January. I feel tortured just going into a grocery store, and especially when my husband and kids stop for food when we've been out for awhile. Oh and I gained some of my weight back and I don't know how.  I am hungry and sad right now.

I've finally been banded! So today is my second day post op and I'm having some serious chest pains! On a lighter note I am down a little over 5lbs.

I have 2 more days until the beginning of a new me, but I am afraid.  I know that I want this, but I'm having fears that I will fail at it or I may not like the new me.  I don't understand why I feel this way just 4 years ago I was 210lbs.  Is this normal? I just want to be able to relax my mind before the day of surgery!

So I have 3 more days until I'm banded and I am so scared!
