One Week Out

I can't believe it has been a week already, time sure flies. It really has been an uneventful week everything has gone so smooth, I feel great no pain or side effects from my surgery at all. As I have read with alot of others am having troubles getting in all my water it just seems I am too full to push it all in. I can't wait to get outside to get more walking in and when warmer some swimming. My thought right now are with Chris aka Rhody, and Johana, who's surgeries will be up coming in the next week, I am sure you both will come out with flying colors as I did, you both welcome to call me at any time with questions you may have.Thank you everyone
