Toni, I do not have any suggestions for you but wanted to just say that I am sorry for your delima. Please don't give up on yourself. Sometimes we just have to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and start over again. Pam

Dear Toni, Your post of yesterday touched me very much. I am a therapist and it sounds to me as if you are either episodically, or I suspect, clinically depressed. Have you ever taken anti-depressants? If you are, you need to have your dosage adjusted. If not, get thee to a doctor. Your pouch can be "re-adjusted". Read the "Pouch Rules for Dummies" and it can tell you how. Please let us know how you are doing.
