Finally Back

It has been along time since ive posted anything , I had my surgery this May the 4th will be 2 yrs.  I have lost 245 lbs I feel great , I THANK THE GOOD LORD for all his blessings , It was the greatest thing that I had ever done. I know have a life that Ienjoy with my family.
