"1-25-03 Haven't met Dr.Birkitt yet,but I have spoke to his nurse Shelby several times . She seems to be very helpful. She always puts my mind to ease when I call. 10-15-03 Met with Dr.Birkitt today for the first time,he is a very nice and patient man,LOL, he answered all my questions and talked over everything about the surgery with me , the good and the bad,wants to impress upon his patients that this is not a quick fix,and that there is a lot of hard work involved,doesn't sugar coat anything!!!! Is very thorough in the tests,he doesn't want any suprises when he is in there working on your body.His staff was helpfull in anyway they could be and Debbie is a wonderful asset to his staff.She seems to work hard for you as an individual."
