Hi, I am at home mom of three beautiful children, and married to the love of my life for 18 wonderful years.. And as I get older I know if I dont do something about the weight.. all the never ending health issues.. will not stop,, and I will most likely not be here for my children and grandchildren when I am older.. Great fear!! I have not always been heavy.. I was thin most of my life.. until marriage.. and then I think I just got safe.. Never had that before.. But I feel my hubby didnt marry this over weight person.. ( even though he never complains of the weight) I know he would love the old lighter me... I want to run again.. and not ache.. I walk and its painful the next day.. I wanna be able to ride that bike with the kids.. To go on the roller coasters with my daughter and she is the only one with no fear...I hope it all works.. God willing.. be with me as I start this journey!!
