One of my customers wrote his contact info on one of Dr. Patel's business cards. First person I talked to was James, a very important member of his staff. Talk about motivation, the guy know his stuff and is willing to help you out in any way he san to make sure you make the right decision. When I finally met Dr. Patel, he was very upfront and told me exactly what would have to happen in order to get my surgery done. We tried for a whole year until finally an opportunity arose. I still remember Bobby calling to tell me we had a way to go. Then Jason took over as my patient advocate and the ball rolled and move quickly. Got my surgery approved and done all with in about 15 days.
