I have to say I am a little sad today.  Since I started on soft foods, I have not lost anymore weight.  I am hoping it is just a phase.  I went back to the Gym today so hopefully I will see the scale go down tomorrow.

I have my doctors appointment on Thursday. I can not wait to see how well I am doing or not doing.   I am hoping he will allow me to return to work next week.  I am very excited about my progress. I hope it will continue.  I guess my fear is that some people never reach their goal.  I hope that I am not one of them.  I have a great support team, and i am very happy I found this site!

I am one week out and have lost 14lbs.  I am finding that I am doing better than i expected.  No pain and little tender and stopped the pain pills on my third day.  I am not nauseated.  I am getting very tired of liquids and can not wait to see my doctor on Thursday to tell me I can have soft foods.  I know this is a phase I just wish I was 3 months to 6 months out.
