ITS BEEN A WHILE!!!!!
Jan 30, 2009
OK. So i am what about 6 months out from my surgery and I have lost almost 80 pounds so far. I still have six more months to go before my one year anniversary, but everything is surpassing my expectations. I have learned what to eat and what not to. I have learned how much to eat and so on. I am so glad that I did this, because my life has changed a lot. It might seem at the beginning like the weight isnt moving, but in a month or two maybe threee you will realize that your clothes dont fit anymore, people are noticing bigger changes in your face body everything. Just stick with it and let the weight fall off.
PS. DO NOT FORGET TO EXCERSISE. IT MAKES AN EVEN BIGGER DIFFERENCE!!!
