I only have 1 day left! im so nervous! i have lost 6 pounds in 1 week on my liquid diet!

well im 6 days away from surgery!!! I havent slept in 3 days, anxiety is setting in. I started my liquid diet yesterday and i am still trying to figure out what i can and cant eat...Tomorrow I am going vitamin and protein shopping! Im excited and nervous at the same time! Wondering how long I will be out of work? My boss is giving me 4 days straight off...we will see how long that lasts...

Counting down the days till im on the losers bench!

Well I went to the dr. today for my second consultation! My surgery is set for March 3rd, 2010!!!! Im excited and nervous all at the same time! I have been overweight for as long as I can remember! Im ready to turn my life around and maybe help some of my loved ones change theirs as well! I have an excellent support group...My family and friends! I am lucky enough to be able to have my best friends mom doing the same surgery as I am!!! So she will also play a HUGE part in my journey and I hope to do the same for her!!!!! Right now I feel like I have so much to do and so little time....but I know it will truly be worth it in the end! I have an amazing boyfriend who has been supporting me thru the whole process and he will continue to support me after my weight loss and many days after and I will do the same for him! Hopefully we can lose weight together!!! Im excited to eventually be able to join a gym! We have a swimming pool and im looking foward to the summer where i can actually enjoy being in a bathing suit around other people!! Thats all for now!! More later!!!!
